Fees
We are transparent with our fees so that you are left with no unpleasant surprises when we invoice.
Work undertaken on a pay as you go basis will attract the following fees:
- Standard hourly rate for non-litigious work – £210
- Minimum charge for emails, telephone calls, messages £21.00 (6 mins), although for very short calls or enquiries no charge is made.
- Travel time is charged at 1/2 hourly rate.
- Meetings cancelled with less than 3 working day’s notice will be charged at 75% of hourly rate (minimum 2 hours).
- Bespoke letters/emails from £55
- Policies and procedures from £65
- Company handbook from £655
- Standard hourly rate for litigious work – £280
- Standard fee for drafting employment tribunal response – £550
- Tribunal hearing fee – £900 per day, £600 per half day
- Preliminary hearings and case management discussions by telephone – litigious hourly rate
- Preliminary hearings and case management discussions in person – tribunal half day rate
Disbursements will be agreed in advance with the client
