Monthly retention fee

In addition to our HR packages, which we charge by way of a monthly retention fee, we also undertake bespoke services on our standard pay as you go rates.

We have no hidden charges and are upfront with our complete fee structure. No hidden charges means no nasty surprises!

We are transparent with our fees so that you are left with no unpleasant surprises when we invoice.

Work undertaken on a pay as you go basis will attract the following fees:

Standard hourly rate for non-litigious work – £240
Minimum charge for emails, telephone calls, messages £26.00 (6 mins), although for very short calls or enquiries no charge is made.
Travel time is charged at 1/2 hourly rate.
Meetings cancelled with less than 3 working day’s notice will be charged at 75% of hourly rate (minimum 2 hours).

Standard fee for drafting employment tribunal response – £750
Tribunal hearing fee – £1,100 per day, £700 per half day
Preliminary hearings and case management discussions by telephone – litigious hourly rate
Preliminary hearings and case management discussions in person – tribunal half day rate

Disbursements will be agreed in advance with the client
