Most small businesses do not have the need or the resources to employ a full time HR manager. Outsourcing some, or all, of your HR management to us is a cost effective way to keep ahead of the game and ensure your business complies with its legal obligations.
We have three levels of support available, all competitively priced and created to enable you to decide how much input you require from us.
Standard Package
- Telephone/email advice helpline during working hours
- Bespoke letters and forms in respect of everyday HR issues
- Comprehensive Company Handbook
- Standard contract of employment plus one additional contract, i.e. Director, part-time, zero hours
- Regular HR email newsletter
- Onsite support charged at a reduced fee (50% of hourly rate)
- Reduced fee for other bespoke services, such as advising on redundancies, employee investigations, business transfers, management training etc.
Premium Package
- 24/7 Telephone/email advice helpline
- Bespoke letters and forms in respect of all HR issues
- Comprehensive Company Handbook
- Standard contract of employment plus two additional contracts, i.e. Director, part-time, zero hours
- Redundancy advice including all necessary letters to adhere to due process
- Regular HR email newsletter
- Annual review
- Onsite support at disciplinary, grievance, performance management meetings etc. (subject to a maximum of 12 hours per year)
- Drafting exit and settlement agreements
- Drafting responses to Employment Tribunal claims
- Employment Tribunal preparation charged at 50% of hourly rate
- Employment Tribunal representation charged at 75% of hourly rate
- Reduced fee for advising on a business transfer (TUPE)
Reduced fee on all TUPE documentation including letters and due diligence enquiries
